This second post is about our approach to event organizing.
Over the last years, before we decided to join forces, we worked for several companies, organizing many academic and non-academic events of all sizes and shapes.
During the course of this work we came to study the general event planning and deployment cycle in detail, collecting data on all the logistics and scientific processes and sub-cycles and identifying/classifying all the unforeseens we stumbled upon along the way. This was done in every possible context: big and small events, academic conferences with peer-reviewed paper submission, commercial expos, and congresses of all sorts.
We built this data into a feedback-sensible framework not only capable of adapting to all kinds of events, areas and scopes, but also able to auto-adjust at any point in time during the event cycle. As more and more event process data is collected, this framework is constantly audited to ensure it is running as optimized as possible.
It is this intelligent, self-adapting knowledge framework that we now put at your service:
– If you have a brand new event that you want to organize from the ground up and don’t know how, we do it for you or teach you how to.
– If you have an already-existing event that you want to take to the next level, or if your planning is facing unexpected circumstances and you don’t know what to do, we offer consultancy services for any kind of event and at any point of the event cycle, auditing your processes, identifying and correcting problems, and guaranteeing that in the end your event is back on track to a successful deployment.
– If you’d like to apply to host or organize a 3rd-party event but don’t exactly know how to do it, we do. And we are glad to team up with you and put an official bidding together.
Above all, we realize that any given event must be self-adapting to all circumstances. The unforeseen is not unavoidable, however thorough you may judge your planning to be. It will happen, sooner or later. Then you have two choices: you can either panic when confronted with the task ahead and in vain try to apply the same obsolete and rigid methods that got you there; or you can plan in advance for the unexpected and be ready for it when the time comes. That’s how you solve it, and that’s where we enter.
At Intellegibilis, we organize events intelligently.
